The COM2009 Lab Course

For the COM2009 Robotics course you must complete two lab assignments:

• Assignment #1: "An Introduction to ROS (the Robot Operating System)".

  Here you will learn what ROS is and how to use it. You will complete this assignment individually, and in your own time.

  Weighting: 25% of the overall COM2009 module mark.

• Assignment #2: "Team Robotics Project".

  Here you will work in teams of 3-4 to complete a series of real-world robotics tasks using our Tutlebot3 Waffle Robots in the Lab (Diamond Computer Room 5).

  Weighting: 30% of the overall COM2009 module mark
